| Q. | On my local hard drive all works well; instead when I copy all the files on my web site the Applet show the following error: errore: http://www.miosito.it/video/prova.vvf I checked it, but all the files are in the right place |
| R. | PAY ATTENTION: Microsoft IIS 6 web server, for security reason, block files with unknown extension. Workaround: - ask the webmaster to add .vvf extension e.g. "application/octet-stream" - rename the video myvideo.vvf to myvideo.jpg as conseguence change the VideoPath parameter value in the applet code. |

| Q. | Why, after the program has terminated, can I not remove the files created during the work session? |
| R. | Make sure you have correctly terminated the program. Make sure you have not modified the access rights to the output directory. Terminate any browser used to view the video. |

| Q. | I have generated the HTML page and it works perfectly in local mode, but when I load the folder on my site I can’t see anything! |
| R. | Perhaps the web server that hosts the pages of your site does not manage the VVF video extension: - ask your provider to add this extension - rename the video from myvideo.vvf to myvideo.jpg and consequently change the value of the VideoPath parameter in the applet code. |

| R. | Perhaps the video name contains not allowed characters; e.g.: “it is the trip video.vvf” try with “trip_video.vvf” You don’t have Java installed: see the section dedicated to the purpose -General Information |
